Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) “Spring-cleans” its official Web-site

Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) has today relaunched its official web-site (kwgnz.org). The site was set up to better inform both current supporters and a wider audience of concerns about the future of Green Space on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula, the closure of the Gulf Harbour Country Club (GHCC) and golf course and its impact on local businesses and the wider community.

Although the overall theme of the web-site remains the same, more resource and reference material has been added including information on Public Meetings and Livestreams and a comprehensive list of approximately 80 individual Press Releases and links to Press Articles under several headings. There are also several Key Legal Documents on a separate page.

We have expanded the section which discusses the original intent of Gulf Harbour and intend to expand this in the coming weeks to include reports on Three Waters, Roading and Traffic Management and Housing Intensification.

Social media has become increasingly important in our campaign and links from the web-site take you directly to our YouTube channel and private KWGS Facebook group.

Other pages allow sign up for our newsletters and press releases and make a donation to KWGS. Please visit our refreshed site. We welcome your feedback.
