I had gone to the Jefferson County fairgrounds here in Madras Oregon lawfully open carrying my AR-15 exercising my second amendment constitutional right on public property. Government officials did not appreciate me exercising my right to bear arms and had threatened me with arrest if I did not leave. Not one time did government officials use the terminology, " you are trespassed" or "do not come back". I had left the Jefferson County fairgrounds here in Madras Oregon and delivered my firearms back to my house. I had gone back  to the Jefferson County fairgrounds without any visible firearms (I was concealing a handgun with a valid concealed handgun license) several hours later and was arrested for criminal trespass in the second degree and criminal trespassing with a firearm on public property even though there was no crime committed. Sign this petition if you believe DA Steven Leriche and his prosecutor should dismiss my charges.

Our second amendment rights are at risk not only by federal government but also local governments 

We must keep our government agencies accountable to the oath that they took to uphold the Constitution because we the people are the rightful masters of Congress and courts
