Without the Zephyr Cafe,  Squamish will suffer the loss of a community space that positively impacts the well being of the people of Squamish and its visitors. Humans needs spaces to connect with other humans. 

The introduction of a retail space in downtown Squamish as replacement of a social space will drastically alter the social and cultural vibe of Squamish.
