Keep Clock as a WCA Event
The Issue
The WCA has made a decision of adding and removing events, but it has a big impact on the cubing community. The WCA is removing Clock. This event was a great event, and it was one of my main events. From my latest competition as of June 24, 2026, I had a great time in Clock because of my 12.67 average (please don’t say 6 7). It has brought me joy, happiness, and celebrating! My friend, Akash, taught me a method called, “Pochmann”. At first, I didn’t think too much about it, but I tried it out. It got me great times and improving my memorization skills, but good things ridiculously come to an end. When I heard that Clock was going to get removed, I was sad and depressed. It’s always disappointing to see one of my favorite things getting removed.

Clock: 1,190 votes
It’s like they don’t care about the community and they only care about the volunteers. This is ridiculous.
WCA, please don’t remove Clock.
