On April 29, 2024 the board of education will be voting on whether or not to close Borah elementary. Has been around since 1950 and has had thousands of students go through the school. This is a school where the teachers love and care about their students, They are teaching kids to be nice to each other to love. Respect each other, Overall, to be a nice and kind person. It would be detrimental to the kids that are currently in the school to have to go through the heartbreak of having their elementary school close down. Detrimental to their education into their emotional well-being. Friendships will be lost, And some of the amazing teachers will end up losing their their jobs. This is not something we want for our community so let’s stand together and do everything we can to keep the elementary
