Tete is facing a personal crossroads as he plans to marry and relocate to be with his partner. While we respect his personal aspirations, we must also consider the significant impact his departure would have on the mission and morale of our team at Dyess. Instead of losing such a valuable asset, we hope to find a solution that allows Tete to balance his career and personal life without having to leave our base.

We implore the relevant authorities to reconsider the decision to transfer Tete Tekpah.
