Blount county DHR has many times not done their jobs correctly or over stepped their authority. I’ve spoken with many families that have been lied to, tricked & even some forced to sign paperwork bc they’ve been told that was their only option. Case workers don’t call people back & even avoid calls unless you block your number. An investigation needs to be opened because even reporting it to out state capital isn’t getting things resolved! Families are being torn apart while other abuse is going unnoticed by this department. Change needs to happen
