We (the people of Elmore & Autuaga County) NEED and want a Kroger grocery store built in the area. Yes we do have grocery stores, but we have nowhere really nice other than Publix. Publix is expensive but has good quality. Walmart is cheap but quality lacks really bad and nothing is ever stocked. With a Kroger we get great prices and great quality along with all of the perks! Kroger has savings and coupons on gas and groceries and also does a freebie friday! I have worked for the company of Kroger before and have a family member who worked for them for 35 years and they are a great business and the people of this area deserve a GREAT option that meets ALL of our needs. I have already started a "petition type" of conversation on the Prattville and Millbrook Uncut pages on facebook and the responses were 98% YES they want it too! I have never started a petition before but this is my hometown now since moving here and will be for the rest of mine and my family's life. I love seeing new places coming up and around our area, but would love to see something we really need! I will try and get 300-500 signatures and hopefully whoever reads this brings this up in some meeting and really considers this option and looks into making this happen because there are more than enough people who will support and back this up! Please seriously consider approving this and moving forward! Thank you!
