Started in 19 September 2017, "Witness : The Tour" was a successful tour promoting Katy Perry's 4th studio album titled "Witness". It had 7 legs, 115 shows and grossed 115 Million dollars, and ended in 21 August 2018. Alot of people unfortunately couldn't go (due to financial problems or bad timing etc...) and experience its stunning visuals. The same happened with Katy's other World Tours (California Dreams tour promoting "Teenage Dream" & Prismatic World Tour promoting "PRISM") But they got to see how wonderful it was because of the DVDs Katy released. ("Prismatic World Tour Live" & "Part of Me : The Movie")

So I created this petition because we know that 2 dates of Witness : The Tour were actually filmed and Katy mentioned it when she was on stage there. KatyCats all over the world demand Katy Perry to release this amazing project so they can experience it either for the first time or the second one. (Or even third, fourth or fifth lol) 

So if she releases it, for example on New Year's day (as a gift) she will brighten up thousands of people's start of a new year - of a new Decade!!! Also they will be more patient while waiting for KP5, (aka Katy Perry's fifth studio album that's probably in the making right now) enjoying her music and her live concerts recorded and shared through DVDs. <3

I personally couldn't go there. I never saw Katy performing on stage due to the fact that I'm financially unable to travel and she never came to my country (which is something I understand. Lebanon isn't a really known/visited country and doesn't have alot of big arenas.)
