This is regards to a social media post originating from her daughter, Gretchen Dahlkemper's Instagram account time stamped March 29th, 2020 and geostamped location -Ripley, New York. This shows Kathy sitting at a table with her grandson and another individual all playing cards and wearing gloves  These actions not only violate Governor Wolf's non-essential travel order, Governor Cuomo's no travel order, it violates her own orders given to the Residents of Erie County. In here response, she deemed this as “essential personal business” but again, did not follow her own orders for self quarantining.  It’s time we call for someone to be held accountable for once. I am calling for her resignation effective immediately
