Urban Splash plan to develop Devil's Point reservoir and car park to service nearby Royal William Yard and intend to develop a hotel and housing on the site which would see one of Plymouth's iconic and historic green spaces altered beyond recognition. The site is used by many people from all walks of life, whether it be for fishing, walking/dog-walking, cycling, water-sports, tourism - even just a family outing / pic-nic - and it would be a real shame if Plymouth lets this happen to yet another historic green space coming under threat from a developer.

Urban Splash are the company responsible for Royal William Yard and they intend to change Devil's Point drastically in order to service their already sizable development and add a hotel and housing in future. If Urban Splash's proposal is allowed to go through unopposed, Plymouth will lose another well-loved green space forever.
