Clemency inmate release

The Issue

We ask Gov. Kate Brown to grant clemency to inmates under the Ramos verdict. We also ask "potential supporters" not to judge based on the person one used to be, but who they have grown to be in bettering oneself today.

Please help stop Unlawful Incarceration!!

The Oregon Dept. Of Justice & Attorney should be compelled to take responsibility for the racial injustice & Unlawful judgement if conviction & length of sentence by enforcing & following Oregon's revised/ repealed statues & state/ federal constitution.

As for the Ramos decision that came out by the U.S. Supreme Court on 4-20-20, based on racism the Oregon Governor & Attorney have yet to publicly apologize to incarcerated inmates.. a bail needs to be set awaiting trail to reduce covid possibilities.

The questions of inquiry should be as follows for example:

1. How is it possible for one to be convicted and incarcerated in his/her indictment specifically, for agreeing to receive money from alleged prostitution activity when there is no named victim, and the counties grand jury intended to charge the defendant and given 49 years?
2. How is it possible for one to be charged-convicted and incarcerated on their counts of promoting Or other sorts/types of charges without having to be informed of what method of conduct they committed that "caused or induced" , the alleged victim (of age) to have engaged in activity, in which she had a right to refrain such alleged activities?

This is an essential element to support consecutive sentences and to support convictions according to the state of Oregon Legislature revised statue.

3. How is it possible that a person's class C felonies regarding their counts were not shifted to the "I" column of the sentencing grid required by the Oregon Legislature revised statue 137.000 and Oregon Administrative rule 213-012-0020 (2)(a)?

4. How is it possible that someone was convicted of an out of state convictions , on multiple counts, that a grand jury didn't seek to indict on, because the convictions are not able to be tried in the state if Oregon?

According to state and federal law , when the circuit court entered a judgement of conviction on the counts, said person's entire judgement of conviction became "avoidable" . This would make the state of Oregon liable for all the years served of unlawful Incarceration and this is the real reason no court is willing to give said person or person's in similar situations a fair and impartial hearing or ruling on this claim, or any similar situations someine may have had happen or went thru per their conviction pertaining to any revised or Repealed Statues.

As well as in regards to inmates that had a nonunanimus jury verdict where to or also should be released via the Ramos vs Louisiana supreme court judgement..
These people are all being ignored, stifled, by incarceration, in order for the state of Oregon to continue collecting revenue for them being incarcerated.

the Ramos verdict was made retroactive by the supreme Court. His state of Oregon fails to recognize this. it would cause them to set new trials and allow inmates bail. This would lessen being the inmate count greatly and reduce the risk of covid-19.

Conclusion:
This is not an attempt for said person to avoid Or an attempt to mislead or fail to take responsibility for any of the involvement or Association into his past lifestyle.

Also in no way is said person trying to change the law, just make /want them to enforce the law and allow inmates that Ramos applies to , need to be allowed a bail to lessen the Covid!

Racial injustice unethical judicial misconduct.
