Early release of inmate Cory Yockey from Shutter Creek Correctional institution. He is a non-violent low level offender, with numerous health issues, with only 6 to 12 months left on his sentence, we feel his immediate release should be granted. He is a phenomenal worker who could be used during this pandemic. He is specifically trained in fiber optic splicing and we believe his knowledge could prove useful during these unfortunate times. We urge you to consider his immediate release. We understand how difficult the task is to handle these types of situations but if you weigh the benefits of his release we believe you'll make the correct decision to reduce his sentence and immediately release him.
