Students of KSOU are struggling to get a convocation after the course completion and marks sheet.

UGC removed KSOU authorization on 2012, Due to violations  in the territory region policy.  It is violated by KSOU but why should students suffer?

I joined BCA (1023LBCA019) and MCA (121072MCA3239) lateral entry (for Diploma passed students) in 2010.  I have completed the MCA 2015 through collaboration institutions.
University does not provide convocation certificates .They are saying a certificate hold by UGC.

KSOU Vice-Chancellor is talking like he is not responsible.
