Would like Kansas rivers more accessible to boats , kayaks for river fishing and hunting, trapping 

Kansas currently has no access rights  to the Marais Des Cygne river by boat or kayaks for fishing  Hunting or Trapping 

 Kansas outdoorsmen and Women should be able to enjoy the many rivers in the state of Kansas which they are currently not allowed to , because of the current law
