On Friday, September 8th, shortly after 4 p.m., a school bus collided with a Chevrolet Malibu on Kansas Highway 254 near Towanda. Our Circle USD 375 community has lost another young life. I cannot stress enough how dangerous this HWY is for all ages. I'm asking all parents, families & friends to please come express your support for the upcoming K-254 Corridor Managmenet Plan & Improvements.
