Change internet usage policy, not allowing inmates convicted with "Crimes Against Humanity", to access sites such as writeaprisoner.com that allow them to access to the general public.

The Issue

Through internet usage, prisoners convicted of crimes against humanity (particularly offenses that constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of human beings, e.i. murder; extermination; torture; rape)  would not have access to internet sites furthering their contact with the outside world.  Convicts are currently allowed to use the writeaprisoner.com and other websites as "dating sites" with their personal profile published.  This could provide the said prisoners the opportunity to committ crimes, or at best, provide them the opportunity to groom victims of their future crimes.

An example is Adam Longoria, convicted of raping/sodomizing at 14 year old girl in Great Bend, KS before murdering her and burning her body in efforts to destroy evidence, now trolling for a his next "special someone".
