So the issues are that our school is currently under staffed, we have long term subs teaching classes that they’re not even certified to teach, and there are new teachers/long term subs who don’t even know how to use the grade book! If these people don’t know how to use something important as the grade book then what does that say? 

I’m sure that if it were your grades these teachers were messing with you’d be jus as concerned. The school doesn’t seem to be aware but something like this could have drastic impact on the students. 

As a solution all that is being asked is for this to be brought to the attention of the Kansas City, Kansas Public schools Board of Education as well as J.C. Harmon high school’s principal Mr. Markos. To request more funding for the school so that we can see change! Funding will allow for more teachers to be hired as well as proper training for the staff.
