Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman is an American hero who has courageously served our country both on the battlefield (earning a Purple Heart and many other honors) and in our government, sacrificing his own career for the sake of our democracy.

Lt. Col. Vindman was fired by President Trump after he stood up for our democracy by telling the truth about Trump's attempt to use his position as president for his own political gain.  Vindman was on the July 25, 2019 phone call where Trump notified the Ukrainian president that military aid would be withheld until Ukraine opened investigations into Joe Biden (Trump's political adversary).  Vindman was highly concerned and raised red flags with his superiors.  Eventually Vindman ended up testifying to congress and was then fired by Trump in retaliation for his honesty, integrity, and patriotism.  

Please ask President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris to reinstate Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman.  Our government needs Vindman's expertise on Ukraine, and, even more importantly, we need someone with Vindman's excellent moral character, bravely defending truth and democracy despite the cost.  Thank you Lt.
