This is not a Democrat problem or a Republican problem, this is a bipartisan  human problem, nobody is safe from the Industrial Foster complex. Some just have the financial means and are able to afford legal council that can keep children in the homes but for the rest of us Americans our children are being taken every single day. We are left powerless to a system thats is designed for failure one that has turned human suffering into financial profit. This system has criminalized being low income and nothing more. If you cannot afford 5k for legal council then there is no way you have even close to a fighting chance, thousands upon thousands of kids will never see there parents again all for the reason of living paycheck to paycheck.

Los angeles And Orange County Ca. are home to some of the highest numbers of child dependency cases in the united states. The alarmingly high amount of so called "child abuse and neglect" cases makes this system an extremely complicated system to govern because it involves the well being of innocent children and its sheer size make it a entity that nobody can regulate correctly. Parents who have been reported of any type of alleged child abuse are treated as if they are guilty even if the allegations are completely fabricated. If someone has a grudge they are able to weaponize the counties child protective services 800 number hotline and have any innocent child taken away from there loving families without any proof or proper due process. The family court system along w/ Cps are the most important sections of our government so why is there is no system of checks and balances. These children and families do not deserve what is happening to them.

Children are being stripped from there parents arms everyday over nothing but a family member, neighbor you dont get along with or a ex calling a hotline and fabricating a story to get back at a parent.  After the children are taken they are put into a county approved home that receives federal/county funding for the child to be there. The caretaker has to be licensed once he or she has that licensed they never really are followed up with by county officials once the paperwork is complete and approved so even if this caretaker has comited a crime or has abused a foster child after licensing nobody is to hold that person accountable or the courts turn a blind eye, as long as funding come in is all that matters. The only time anything is done is of somebody ends up passing from injury. 

WE NEED REFORM NOW. Because of the current pandemic and state of our county child abuse and neglect cases are the highest they have ever been in our country. 

THE PEOPLE DESERVE TO KNOW: Are these actual child abuse cases with factual evidence or are these cases fabricated by county offices to take advantage of the extra federal money being used to take care of abused children during the Covid pandemic?

The local counties have taken advantage of the funding already as it was before the pandemic and it seams now it is a free for all because of all the money thrown at problems during Covid. This is not fair, our children are not commodities, our children do not have a dollar value to the parents who love them and thousands have been taken with nobody regulating whats going on at the social worker, county office or court level. 

A social worker can lie and write anything he or she wants to in there reports and there is not a single person a parent can call for help or to report if the social worker has lied and made a story or parts of a story up. And for this reason innocent children are being taken and sold into foster homes. These children are scared and want to go back home and do not want to live with strangers who can do anything to these children under the protection of the family court system. These children cannot even stay with other family members unless they are approved by the county as foster parents.

I call for the immediate audit of the california child dependency courts and cps offices and files  of all Orange and L.A. counties. We need to have cases individually investigated and have a place or persons were parents who have been alienated can call to have the cases reviewed at the state and federal level, for this not being a option to parents is unfathomable considering the power and what these social workers have at there fingertips.  This has to be stopped. For every child innocently taken is another crime against humanity.
