• The last provision of the Act protects consumers of goods and services and does not address employer/employee relationships. Thus, it cannot be read to prohibit private employers from requiring employees to vaccinate against Covid-19. Workers are humans and should be protected under the same freedoms of choice. If a worker refuse the vaccination they shouldn't be penalized and terminated from their job for exercising said freedoms implemented in the 1st Amendment.
