These are judges notes, from when Tiffanie Clausewitz tried to use blackmail and a false Temporary Restraining order to silence me, simply from refusing to pay that fake bill.   She went to court with Signature Ridge, and Connie Arambula, who tried to evict me after the black mold happened.  They do this = and it's retaliatory, cannot be done to a tenant.  But they want to get out of any liability, so they stoop this low on tenants.  They are ruthless, and very big bullies.  It's hard to believe how they operate.    Thank you to those that are sigining and trying to end this type of landlord abuse on tenants.
