Tenants should not be abused

This landlord abuses tenants to the degree that it leaves a mental scar.  They let people live in 3rd world conditions, and extorted money.  The staff was brutal and loved to violate the tenants.  It's unfathomable that they have gotten away with this, and no one is listening.  That is why this petition was necessary.
