Copy of a bill they faked and sent me at my new address 1200 miles away

This is a FAKE BILL.  They wait for you new address, to stalk you, then they use the electric company logo, and charge you for electricity after you leave, and have turned your keys in.  Then they tack on a fee, and try to extort the money.  They would not erase this fake bill.  Texas does this to tenants.  Then they tack on even more fees when you do not pay it, and illegally submit onto your credit report as unpaid, by a 3rd party billing company and then lower your credit score until you pay it.  This is a new tactic against innocent tenants.  I turned them into the Attorney General, so should everyone, and they kept retaliating even when I was 1200 miles away.   In the next update, I explain the blackmail they tried to use on me. 

This landlord has already been turned in for tenant abuses and continues to extort money from tenants.  We need everyone to sign this petition to stop them.  Please help by signing
