With the current pandemic situation on COVID-19 worldwide, we want to help and urge the government in informing the general public of the importance of the precautionary measures being implemented to fight the spread of the deadly virus.

‌ There are many Filipinos who don't have access to this valuable information because of their poverty-stricken situation where they can only afford essential items like food, water, clothing, and shelter. This is why we call on the Department of Health of the Philippines to not just only provide information about precautionary measures on fighting the spread of deadly diseases but also help our fellow countrymen by giving out packs of personal hygiene items and relief goods to promote personal cleanliness and help them sustain themselves.

Currently, only citizens who have cellphones and computers are the only ones who have updated information about the situation. We urge the Department of Health to broadcast some television commercials about disease prevention methods and to reassure the public about the situation. We also urge the Department of Health to have some proper public seminars regarding the importance of personal hygiene, social distancing, description of the disease, and many more. 

The wellbeing of our fellow Filipinos is our priority. This is the time for us to unite and help other citizens to stay healthy, defeating this deadly disease.
