According to several credible news sources, the state of Telangana is attempting to schedule inter first year board exams for the students presently in the inter second in the state. However, we believe that this move would not be in the favour of majority of the students for several reasons-

A. Inter first year examinations are not as important as compared to 10th and 12th board examinations.

B. If held at this point, these examinations would get in the way of students who are currently preparing for their 12th grade examinations.

C. Several of these students are also preparing for competitive exams which are soon to be held, and studying for these exams would be hampered by the sudden introduction of inter first year exams.

D. The prevailing situation of this worldwide pandemic has forced the United Nations to suggest everyone to stay at home, and offline exams conducted at this point would jeopardize the safety of students appearing for it.

E. The 3rd wave of coronavirus is imminent to flush out countries all around the world, and this wave has already been doubted to be severe for children. Hence, it would be illogical to send students to write exams offline before they have been vaccinated.

Hence we have chosen to move to change.org in order to get this petition signed and hopefully catch the eye of Mr. KCR in order to take a better decision on this matter.
