South Korea and Japan are becoming hotbeds for COVID-19, with the number of new cases showing a rapid rise. Deaths have also been reported in both countries.

For the safety of TWICE members as well as local and international ONCE, it would be worth considering cancelling or postponing TWICE’s upcoming schedules at Tokyo Dome and Seoul. The virus is known to spread through close human contact, and prolonged time spent within a confined concert venue increases the risk. The large amount of people attending would also make hygiene enforcement and contact tracing difficult.
