I Need America's Help to Rescue My Daughter and Family

 In 2018 going into 2019 my daughter was bullied in school. I constantly spoke with the principle, and nothing was seriously done to correct the issue. During that time my daughter was going on 15 years old and a child who has been living with sickle cell disease. Due to all the emotional challenges my daughter endured; she was seeing a counselor. One day I noticed that my daughter had become emotional withdrawn, therefore, I took her to a mental health specialist to seek methods of care that maybe I have not thought about. During the visit with the specialist at a mental health hospital called Garfield Park in Chicago, I was convinced by doctors to admit my daughter for testing. My daughter stayed in the hospital for several days and then I was informed that the doctor diagnosed my daughter with major depressive disorder. The daughter wanted to prescribe my daughter with depressive medication that was said to cure her and save her life. Although, I had a different perspective and belief about certain medications, I wanted what was best for my daughter and her emotional wellbeing, therefore, I consented to Lexapro. My daughter had taken that for several months and she started displaying erratic behaviors, therefore, I took her back to the hospital to see the same doctor for a medication adjustment.

My daughter stayed at the hospital the second time for approximately 14 days to test the new medication which was Zoloft and observe her behavior on that medication. Once we got home my daughter informed me that the medication was making her feel sick, depressed and was not working, therefore, she did not want to take it. I continued to give that medication to my daughter for about six months and every day she was zombie like and I along with family members and her friends noticed she was not the same anymore. One day I was at my internship finishing up my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health, I received a call from my oldest daughter stating that Zakariyah was complaining about stomach pain, so she took some Tylenol which was not unusual. My daughter stated that her sister sounded like she was in pain, therefore, knowing that my daughter has sickle cell and was on Zoloft I knew it could be something serious, so I left work and rushed her to the hospital. Once I got to the University of Chicago Hospital and spoke with doctors; after looking up my daughter record, they stated that she was trying to commit suicide. I instantly denounced their assumption. While in a hospital an African American receptionist brought something to my attention. She stated that there were a lot of young African American girls being misdiagnosed and she asked me did my daughter get her menstrual cycle yet. I informed her that it was close to that time of the month for her, and the receptionist informed me to watch her mood and behavior around that time. I thanked her and returned back to my daughter's room. Then, right after my daughter was medically cleared the hospital called an outside agency called SASS to try to convince me to send my daughter back to a mental hospital. I refused and stated that I was done with psychotropic medication prescribed by doctors that was said to address any of their past emotional diagnosis.

There was no imminent danger. The police were then called and I was kicked out of the hospital. My daughter was shackled to bed and the hospital kidnapped my daughter. The next day I was contacted by a head nurse that informed me that they were transporting my daughter back to Garfield Park Behavioral via ambulance and if I did not verbally consent, they will take her away from me. Out of fear, I agreed and met my daughter at Garfield Park Hospital. When I met my daughter at the hospital, I spoke with the social worker Katie Hoye and doctors on staff to decline my daughter admission. I had legal documents relating to the United States Constitution, State Laws and my laws as a parent. They did not let my daughter go. I even called the police and was told that they were a private entity so they could not intervene with the illegal kidnapping of my daughter. My daughter was there, scared and crying for her mother. Those monsters wanted to continue to experiment on my daughter and financially benefit. I told the doctors and social worker do not medicate my daughter. I would implement a spiritual and holistic treatment plan for my daughter, and I did not want their services. With vengeance and malicious intent, Doctor Hussain of Garfield Park hospital called the Illinois Department Of Children and Family Services and alleged that I was medically neglecting and abusing my daughter because I disagreed with her recommendation. My daughter was trapped in that hospital for 40 days. I called lawyers, most of them said they did not take my kind of case. Therefore, I study the law and started to put in complaint and motions into court. The judges I have been in contact with, were and are going along with this corruption. Therefore, I had no choice when IDCFS came into my life, out of fear of never seeing my daughter again, I agreed to their treatment plan which included a third medication of Prozac.

After getting my daughter home, she and I came up with a holistic method and treatment plan to help her with any mood and behavior concerns. I as her natural living soulful, component, spiritual and educated mother provided my daughter with all of my family resources of natural healing. Since IDCFS invaded my life they did not and has not stopped. When Covid-19 hit the world last year, the courts had shut down, doctor offices and hospitals were only treating covid-19 patients and emergency situations. I remember so many people that were not holistic going to health food stores getting natural herbs to keep their immune system healthy. I thought to myself, WOW! I opted out of prescription medication and doctors said I was guilty of medical neglect, but then when Covid hit, doctors were telling patients to get some natural vitamins to keep their immune system strong. Millions of people were on social media advertising their blends of vitamins and what works for them. Under my care since 2019, my daughter has been blessed not to have got Covid-19 and her health has improved physically and emotionally.

It is now 2021 and I am still fighting this battle. The whole year of 2019, 2020 and 2021 which is yet to be over; the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and the juvenile justice judge wants to take permanent custody of my 17-year-old daughter. This started three years ago, and I have continued to file motions into court for Judge Lenvendar Smith Jr. to rule fairly upholding justice and his oath of office, but he has not.  If I was a citizen, I have rights under the Constitution of the United States. If I am sovereign, I also have rights under the Constitution of the United States and its Treaties. America, American people who does the Constitution apply to? Because I have rightfully fought using the laws of the land and “WE THE PEOPLE” are in trouble. I want someone to please tell me, do I have a right to make decisions on behalf of my daughter because the Constitution says I do. Common law says I do. The sovereign God says I do.

This is just a couple laws that I used within some of my complaint.

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services continuous invasion of privacy is causing family emotional distress while violating Plaintiff’s parental and family religious freedoms rights by placing plaintiff under duress and coercion to medicate daughter instead of Plaintiff’s alternative method of treatment. Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993., (405 ILCS 5/2-107), Stanley v. Illinois, (1972)

Plaintiff has never harmed anyone including daughter Zakariyah Mannie; and that the family’s right to privacy, which the state cannot invade, or they become actionable offenses involving violation of Due Process (14 amendment), constructive fraud, gross negligence, and civil rights damages against Plaintiff. Gworld v. Connecticut, 381 US 479, (1965).

Children have a Constitutional right to live with wither parents without government interference. Brokaw v. Mercer County 7th Cir. (2000)

 A child has a Constitutionally protected interest in the companionship and society of his or her parents. Ward v San Jose 9th Cir. (1992).

Please sign this petition to stop the judge and Illinois Department of Children and Family Services from taking my daughter and destroying my family.
