The continuous wilful ignorance surrounding the trafficking, torture and genocide of Indigenous people has gone on far too long. Five centuries of forced enslavement, no clean water, no mental health resources for the residential school traumas, no prosecution on those who ran the residential schools.

By signing this petition you are urging Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to not only acknowledge Canada's role in the genocide of Indigenous people, but also requesting that he begin a federal class action lawsuit to achieve the following:

• Search all grounds of every residential school in Canada
• Prosecute all employees from said residential schools for: torture, enslavement, crimes against humanity, pedophelia, abuse, starvation, and hate crimes 
• Receive testimony from survivors and their families about the effects of residential schools
• Labeling residential schools as POW camps - because that's what they were
