We must not dishonour the over 44,000 Canadian soldiers and millions of others, who laid down their lives fighting the Nazi regime in World War II.   The memory of those who collaborated with Nazis must not be whitewashed, and they certainly must not be honoured, as Canada's Minister of Foreign Affairs Chrystia Freeland whitewashes and honours the memory of her Nazi collaborating grandfather Mykhailo Chomiak.

Canada deserves a professional diplomat in the top post at the the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, not a less than honest one with an axe to grind for her Nazi collaborating ancestors. Canada’s national interests should be our priority.

Canadians think of their country as a peacekeeping nation.  Canada needs to endeavour to live up to this noble vision of itself.   Justin Trudeau must demand Chrystia Freeland's resignation, and appoint an honest and unbiased diplomat that can do the job without risking war with its Arctic partner, and disgracing Canada on the world stage.
