We the undersigned citizens of Canada, call upon the government of the province of Canada to reduce the countries carbon emissions through the use of insect farming. Specifically for the government to invest in insect farming. The population is growing and industrial fish farms are struggling to keep up with the growing demands. Insect Farming is a creates proteins and meals for fish and animals that uses 98% less land and almost half of the normal amount of resources. Canada is a country that farms fish and participated in aquaculture, therefore, this solution of insect farming is a good one. The mealworms produce proteins that can feed the fish while still staying environmentally friendly.

Whereas to reduce carbon emission through the use of insect farming.

-       As a country that takes part in fish farming and aquaculture, insect farming is a much more environmentally way to reduce carbon emissions.

-       Insect farming provides proteins that can be used in fish feed, animal feed and for plants as well and uses 98% less land.

-       The demand for fish is rising and there are not enough proper proteins to feed them, insects provide fish with the needed proteins.

 We the undersigned citizens of Canada, call upon the Government of Canada to;

-       Reduce carbon emissions through the use of insects farming.

-       The country can invest in learning more about the technologies involves in insects farming in order to properly apply them here in Canada.
