I have been reading a lot about the fact that the tax payer owned home of the Prime Ministers of Canada have been living in an extremely run down building.  For years, there was meant to be renovations done to the home but were always pushed off by the residing PMs.  Especially Harper.  He was asked several times to vacate the home so that more energy efficient repairs could be completed.  Every time he stated no.  

Now is the time to do these repairs as Justin Trudeau will be staying in the cottage for the foreseeable future.  Now this is where I would like to chirp in.  Justin has already started to put Canada back at the forefront of many things.  I would like to see Canada, do the greenest possible renovations to 24 Sussex Drive.  Make the People's House a shining example of what Canadian Green High Technology can do.  When heads of state come to visit they will see that the PM of Canada and the Canadian people lead by example.
