Our union brother, Kentrail Fickling has been disciplined for fictional charges brought about by members of the management team that operates  our place of employment!

 Toledo North Assembly Plant has executed a displacement of our union brother and we would like Justice in the form of an immediate reinstatement!

If we allow this decision to stand without any opposition, I fear our union will be weakened indefinitely and a message will be sent that we do not have a voice as a Union, which will allow management to run amok of our negotiated rights and our humanitarian rights as well!
