ActMan is a YouTuber who was fighting to get quantum tv taken down for false Copyright take downs. ActMan had worked with YouTube to try to fix get ride of quantum tv and they did not agree that quantum  had broke any guide lines on YouTube yet he had broken multiple guidelines on the platform. So ActMan had made a video criticizing YouTube for what they have done and now they gave him a strike for this, but they have done nothing about quantum tv who has falely flagged videos on YouTube. After the strike ActMan had gotten told by his manger that his channel was going to get delted by YouTube
