The court system is so rigged against black and brown defendants that almost now shrug their shoulders. They accept that is the way it is just like slavery was accepted. Disparate Sentencing is a new form of slavery. If you look at the media it appears that the only ones committing crimes are black or brown people. That is a deliberate attempt by the media to point the finger away from rural Areas where Meth Labs and Poverty abound!! 

Urban and Rural Victimization

Since 1995, serious violent victimizations in urban areas have decreased by approximately 74%. Other forms of victimization, including simple assault and personal theft, have also declined by 75% and 74%, respectively. In comparison, serious violent victimizations in rural areas have decreased by 67%, while simple assaults have dropped 74%. Urban and Rural Victimization were about the same and Urban Victimization has decreased at a Higher Rate then Rural Victimization. 

The State and Federal Government and Private Prisons benefit from the Prison Industrial Complex. Taxpayers money is used to fund the Prisons and Jails but the money does not go back into the Community instead it benefits Corporations and Private Health facilities. 

Wellpath provides health care in 34 of California’s 56 county jail systems, including in four of the Bay Area’s nine counties. The number vastly exceeds any other correctional provider in the state. In multiple instances, the for-profit company has secured multimillion-dollar county contracts without facing a single competitive bid, raising questions about whether local taxpayers are getting a good deal. How many Sheriffs Police and other Law Enforcement Agencies have invested in Wellpath? You can see why they do not want an investigation or an end to the money supply!! 

This is why we must continue to stand up for our loved ones who are enslaved by a System that itself should be on Trial.
