As you know Im community involved and have always said to stand for what you believe in. I’ve advocated for #WomensRights #FathersRights #ChildrensRights As the New Year 2020 begins I wanted to advocate for Caasi more than ever. Her father Isaac Mongia has a remarkable loving bond with his 4 year old precious daughter. Unfortunately, the more I’ve come to know them both the more I questioned how does this continue to happen. Caasi does not reside with her father. Every time we saw Cassi she had injuries and bruises. Prior to meeting both Isaac and Cassi she had a broken face at 3 years old. THIS IS NOT OK! THIS IS SERIOUS! As a mother myself I have never had none of my children get injured reoccurring as such. I advised and been advised all proper measures have been taken; court hearings, police reports and CPS have been notified. NOTHING is being done! Enough is Enough! The last time Isaac seen Cassi was November 20, 2019. We are now in a New Year! Too many Children like “Caasi” are being neglected and not being protected and even ending in fatalities! Their voices are not being heard so Im utilizing my

PC 273a(a) “Child Endangerment” is a wobbler offense which means the government can charge you with a felony or misdemeanor. This conviction is applicable when you inflicted or placed the child in a situation likely to cause great bodily injury.

Penal Code 270 PC is California's criminal law on “child neglect.” This crime is also known as “failure to provide care” for a child in California.

PC 240 An assault is an unlawful attempt, coupled with a present ability, to commit a violent injury on the person of another.
