Justice Shouldn’t Play Favorites (Wheelchair Rapunzel)
The Issue
Stop the scams. Stop the exploitation.
Alexandria Dzimitowicz (Wheelchair Rapunzel) keeps abusing social media and crowdfunding to profit off pity — exploiting children, disability, and hardship stories for cash. It’s time for Instagram, Facebook, and fundraising platforms to step up and protect families from predators hiding behind sympathy.
Justice should be equal — no excuses.
Right now, courts sometimes hand out probation instead of real punishment just because a defendant has a disability. If the exact same crime was committed by an able-bodied person, they’d be sitting in jail. That’s not fairness — that’s discrimination in reverse, and it undermines trust in our entire justice system.
Being disabled is not a free pass to exploit others, commit crimes, or avoid consequences. True equality means equal opportunity and equal accountability. Giving lighter sentences simply because of disability harms victims, protects predators, and sends the message that justice is negotiable.
We are calling for consistent sentencing standards that do not rely on disability as an excuse. Compassion should be based on circumstances, remorse, and impact — not condition. Every person must be held to the same standard of right and wrong.
By signing this petition, you demand a justice that is blind to bias and balanced for all. Equal crime, equal time.
