Tina Tintor was a 23 year old young woman who lost her life through the negligence of Henry Ruggs III.

On November 2 2021, she was driving home from from the dog park with her Golden Retriever, Max, when she was struck by Henry Ruggs III who was joyriding his $60K+ Corvette Stingray while intoxicated. The 156MPH impact was so severe that Tina's car became engulfed in flames at a rapid pace. Both her and her dog Max were killed. Eyewitnesses claim that they could hear her screaming as the flames enveloped the vehicle. She died in agony, all due to the actions of one Henry Ruggs III.

Despite overwhelming evidence against Henry, he has yet to face any significant punishment for his crimes.

Not only has Henry been out on bail since shortly after he took the lives of Tina and Max, but the Nevada District Attorney's office has now made a plea deal for Henry to only serve a 3 year sentence for his actions. This is unacceptable and unjust.

Nevada prosecutors are sending a clear message that they believe that the lives of athletes and celebrities are more valuable than average citizens! "Although the minimum sentence for a single charge of DUI resulting in death or substantial bodily harm is two years, others convicted in recent high-profile cases have received minimum terms of six years or more per charge, court records show." - Las Vegas Review Journal
