Thor is a dog in Bartholomew county, Indiana who has been neglected by his owner for at least 2 years. He was documented starving by a neighbor in 2019. Bartholomew county animal control has been called at least 3 times due to Thor’s malnourished condition. Thor was allowed to remain with his owner because the Bartholomew county prosecutor declined to file any charges against the owner the first two times. Thor has now been removed from that home and is receiving the love and care he deserves. He is fighting for his life due to chronic malnutrition.
