The Issue

We, the undersigned students and former students of Richmond Gabriel University (RGU), are writing to express our deep concern and collective hardship stemming from the institution’s failure to uphold its academic and legal obligations.

In light of recent public revelations and documents exposing alleged fraud, deception, and cover-ups at RGU, many of us have been:

 • Denied access to our official academic transcripts and degree certifications

 • Left without support or communication despite fulfilling our academic and financial responsibilities

 • Unable to apply for further education, medical residencies, employment, or licensure

 • Financially harmed by tuition fees paid to an institution that may not meet national or international standards

We are calling upon the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the Ministry of Education, and any relevant legal and accrediting bodies to:

 1. Investigate Richmond Gabriel University and its administrators for failure to deliver educational services as promised.

 2. Mandate the immediate release of all official academic transcripts, records, and certifications to affected students without coercion or retroactive scholarship clawbacks

 3. Ensure full or partial refunds of tuition fees paid, depending on the disruption caused and the stage of completion.

 4. Assist affected students in transferring credits or gaining recognition of prior learning to continue their academic or professional careers elsewhere.

We are not just students, we are individuals who invested years of time, energy, and financial resources in good faith. This situation has caused severe emotional, academic, professional, and economic distress to students across several countries.

We respectfully demand urgent action.
