Signatures and messages will be shared with the judge of Stefen’s case, and potentially a jury if Stefen is forced to go to trial. Below is a brief account of the events that have led up to Stefen currently sitting behind bars for the false charge of Second Degree Murder.

Throughout 2023, Stefen White filed multiple police reports against a white adult male who was staying on the property he resided in. The complaints were filed on the basis of racist harassment and physical assault done to Stefen by the aforementioned white man. In late December of 2023, this same man initiated a conflict with Stefen, during which Stefen was forced to defend himself against a physical assault. Stefen’s act of self-defense unfortunately led to the loss of the aggressing man’s life. While any loss of life is tragic, the charges of 2nd degree murder brought against Stefen are blatantly wrong and erroneous.

We, Friends and Family of Stefen, seek to see Stefen’s charges dropped and for Stefen to be freed from his cell.
