Justice for Shweta: Not Suicide until Proven

Justice for Shweta: Not Suicide until Proven
The Issue
Shweta’s death has been presented as a suicide. However, several critical and troubling questions remain unanswered. Until these questions are addressed transparently and through proper forensic examination, justice cannot be considered served.
If this were truly a case of suicide, then the following questions must be answered:
- The Timeline of Suspicion: What was the primary witness, Rahul, doing in the minutes leading up to the incident? Why were there blood spots and pieces of glass if she had committed suicide? We demand a digital forensic reconstruction of Rahul’s movements. Why did Rahul report to the police before Shweta's family?
- The Physical Impossibility: How was the body lowered from a ceiling fan alone, without professional medical or police presence, and without compromising the ligature marks? Or there were more people present at the crime scene.
- The Fatal Delay: In a life-and-death emergency, every second counts. Why did Rahul didn’t call the Ambulance before calling the police or her family. Why did police didn’t call the forensic team? Are the police favouring Rahul in any way?
- The Compromised Crime Scene: As a law graduate, Rahul knew the sanctity of a crime scene. Why was the scene allegedly disturbed before forensic experts could arrive? To disturb a scene is to erase the truth and reset all data from Shweta's mobile?
- The Missing Science: Why has there been no comprehensive, independent forensic audit of the digital records, fingerprints, and the room’s physical state? Why was the white printed bedsheet with a knot hidden inside an almirah and not given for the Postmortem?
These are not emotional allegations — they are legitimate legal and investigative concerns. A fair investigation requires that every inconsistency be examined scientifically and impartially.
We therefore demand:
• A complete forensic re-evaluation of the scene and evidence.
• Detailed examination of call records, digital communications, and timeline reconstruction.
• Independent supervision of the investigation to ensure transparency.
• Legal accountability if any evidence of abetment, coercion, or foul play is established.
Justice cannot be based on assumptions. It must be based on facts, evidence, and due process of law. Until these questions are answered through a transparent and unbiased investigation, the case must not be closed.
We demand truth. We demand accountability. We demand justice for Shweta.
