I am writing this petition to try and keep my daughters abuser in prison. Last year my daughter was severly beat for multiple hours by Gage Preston Wallace. During this beating she recieved multiple injuries and if not for her escaping could have went through even more. Later during the year he was found chocking her and had not someone walked into the room he probably would have killed her. Gage was sentenced to 10 years in prison but is only required to spend 6 months of his sentence before going in front of a judge where it will be determined if he should be released or spend the duration of his sentence. I am asking for signatures showing that there is no way that a person like Gage can change within a 6 month period. Unfortunately he got our daughter pregnant before being convicted and sentenced and during his time in jail and prison he has told my daughter that we are not allowed to see our grandchild and has made threats to her if she allows us to see the baby or if she visits us. Our daughter had the baby on April 10, 2013 and as of now we have not seen or heard from her. Please take the time to sign our petition showing the District Attorney that Gage Wallace needs to stay in prison and pay for what he has done to our daughter and our lives.
Please forward to all your friends. The more signatures we get the better.

Brazoria County District Attorney and Judge in charge of case,
Gage Wallace should not be let out of prison.
I personally feel that an individual like Gage Wallace can not change during a 6 month period and feel that he should spend more time behind bars for what he has done to my daugher and our lives. He continues to control her from behind bars and still making threats to her. By me writing this petition and all the signatures that it gains please take into consideration our thoughts and concern for my daughters safety and well being.
