A beautiful, gentle, kind hearted wolf-dog was murdered by a monster after he accidentally got off his leash near Mattersville Veterans sanctuary earlier this month in Douglas County Colorado.

Saga was not threatening and did not have a history of violence. As his owner was going to retreive Saga, a heartless coward shot and killed Saga after the owner pleaded to not shoot and that there was no threat. His pleads went unanswered and the man shot Saga and killed him instantly. 

The man was arrested and also found to be intoxicated.

"Last night, our Colorado Directors suffered a relentless and completely unnecessary attack on their personal pet dog "Saga" by our neighboring property owner," Mattersville said in a Facebook post on Friday night. 

My hopes for this petition is to bring awareness and to see this coward receives the maximum punishment possible for the murder of Saga.
