Rocky has been wrongfully convicted of a murder he did not commit. There is no evidence linking Rocky to the actual murder. The evidence only shows what he has admitted too being part in.

This lad needs the justice he deserves and to have his case looked at again by a set of fresh eyes.

The evidence which was available does not show definitive guilt of the crime which you need to get a guilty verdict by the jury! 

Rocky is a 17 year old boy with a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD. 

There is so much more to the case thats been looked at and this need to reviewed. 

The witness statement in court did not describe Rocky. Rocky was a 16 year old 5ft6 male, not a 20-25 year old man. 

There are links to Rocky and other people with connections to Lyndsey which has not been looked at. 

Lyndseys clothes, phone, purse, keys and fitbit watch have never been found. All the things that would hold the DNA of the killer. 

On the other hand, Rocky did not try to conceal or hide any evidence relating himself to the crime, and when he was taken to the police by his family he openly admitted the part he had taken.

The police have not done their job to a satisfying standard, the evidence has not been investigated thoroughly, and Rocky should not be in prison for a murder charge!
