Justice for Robin Whittle

Justice for Robin Whittle
The Issue
On the night of December 30th 2023 Mark Whittle and Wife Robin were up late preparing their church talks. Mark retired to the couch as he last saw Robin on a barstool in the kitchen. He awoke on the morning to find Robin unconscious, bleeding from her side, multiple skull fractures, a severe brain bleed and bruising. She was taken to St George Regional Hospital where she was pronounced dead on the 31st.
62 year old wife, mother and grandmother and Elementary school teacher, Robin Whittle’s homicide has gone unsolved, her manner of death left undetermined. In the United States if a white woman over 40 is murdered statistics teach us that over 90% of the time the husband or boyfriend is the killer.
Rural Utah, in fact Utah in general, does not have much crime related to home invasions connected with murder. It’s hard to imagine a killer on the loose and harder to imagine that her husband slept through this horrific tragedy.
Please sign this petition so that this case can be reexamined and the killer brought to justice. As we approach the one year anniversary of Robins attack, this small rural community should not have to live with the horror of Robin’s violent murder.
In Utah one in three women will be a victim of domestic violence or violent sexual assault in her lifetime.
