We are here making this petition because we have not been able to get law enforcement to do their duty to find out what happened to Rodrigo “Rico” Floriano.   Rodrigo went missing on Thursday the 2nd of February 2023 

sometime between then, and Monday, 6 February 2023 when we located his body, he was murdered. Primary suspect is in jail currently for concealing a death, but needs to be in there because he murdered this boy and we don’t want to see him get away with it or anyone else who was involved. So we are asking that people sign this petition so that we can take it to the police department and have them put new detectives on the case so that we can get justice for Rico.
