Hello to all and God Bless My son Raymond Charlie Durham Jr was arrested on December 30 2017 at the age of 19 by the Wichita falls Police WfPD entered his girlfriend grandmother home and started gathering clothing and other items and when he asked why he was being arrested they told him he just Robbed a store and you will never see daylight well they took him on to jail now the police didn't get a search warrant till almost 2 a.m and Raymond was arrested at 9 p.m well as Raymond sat in jail 4 more Aggravated Robbery charges and a Aggravated sexual assault was put on Raymond at Sentencing the D.A said the sexual assault would be dismissed due to the Parents had him living there if he did time for the robberies well when Raymond was sentenced 20 years I told Raymond not to sign nothing they had no evidence and the D.A turns around and said if he goes to trial he would get life in Prison Raymond was denied a bond reduction no probation never been to Prison he has a learning Disability since birth and did not understand court proceedings no evidence was never shown the only thing they got was a black man robbed numerous stores and he was a young Black Man walking up the street in his neighborhood now Raymond is serving time in Robertson unit in Abilene due to a False Confession the D.a got him to agree to he has been locked up for almost 4 years for a crime he did not do  Raymond was sentenced for two Robberies and not the others but he went to Prison with all Four Robberies on file I need everyone to help me get this Petition out to help Raymond charlie Durham Jr get a appeal to come home to his two daughters and Family Raymond has a Job and supporters waiting for his release I just want to get justice for not only him but other Young men that have been racially Profiled Thank you and God Bless
