• Her name is Rajeswary Appahu, known as Esha,30-year-old content creator and Hindu rights activist took her own life on 6th July 2024 due to cyberbully!ng and h@rassed her with thre@ts and vulgar!ty.

 

• The 30-year-old content creator lodged a police report on thursday (4 July), expressing fears of being r@ped and k!lled after a live session on TikTok. An individual used her photo to make multiple thre@ts of r@pe and k!ll as well as !njure her.

 

• Several viewers of the live session also directed @buse towards her.

 

• A week before her death she sought help to David Marshel, the deputy chairman of the United Rights of Malaysian Party (Urimai), telling him about the intense cyberbully!ng she was facing and sharing her feelings of despair and su!c!dal thoughts.

 

• David Marshel shared he spent 45 minutes talking and advising her to take a break from TikTok and return once things had calmed down.

 

    She promised David she wouldn't take her own life

 

• The culprit Sh@lin! Per!as@my known as Alpha Quinn on TikTok and her accomplice S@tish Kum@r known as Dulal Brothers on TikTok did not know the victim personally and only knew of her through TikTok.

 

• The culprit and her accomplice uploaded a video containing profan!ties, using the victim's picture as background.

 

• On 16th July, the culprit with her father seen walking out arrogantly from Kuala Lumpur Magistrate's Court smiling and taunting without feeling any remorse of their disgusting action on TikTok. The KL Magistrate's Court action is only to fined her RM100.

 

The Purpose of this petition is to gather all Malaysian doesn't matter what race, religion or cultural difference to show support for late Rajeswary Appahu and her family and condemnation to  Sh@lin! Per!as@my and S@tish Kum@r.

 

We hope Malaysian Government to take a SERIOUS ACTION on this matter so that these tragedies will never happened again in the future.
