On Thursday September 15, 2022. 3 vicious Pitbulls owned by my next door neighbor broke through my fenced in front yard and attacked my 2 dogs. As my dogs tried to run for safety back inside their house the 3 three pitbulls chased them into my home, severely injuring one of my dogs and grabbed my 5 lb chihuahua Presley by the neck and proceeded to bring him back outside where all three pitbulls attacked him on my front lawn. The owner of the 3 dogs tried to pull one of her dogs out of the attack but was unsuccessful.

Presley's body was on my property after the attack, when the neighbor stated she dropped her keys and needed to enter my property. After she recovered her keys Presley's body was gone. She stated one of her dogs must have ran off with his body. The cops and animal control were called to the scene, she surrendered one dog and lied to both the police and animal control about the whereabouts of Presley's body. The following day the owner of the 3 pitbulls daughter came to my home and advised us that her mother lied and had disposed of Presley's body in her garbage can as if he was trash. We are unaware if Presley was deceased at the time of her disposal.

This is not the first time her dogs kill a dog in the neighborhood and she disposes of the body as to not get into trouble. This is not the first time her dogs come on to my property and attack my dog. What will it take for these vicious pitbulls to be removed from our neighborhood. It could be a child or another beloved pet. Presley was not only a pet he was my son and my emotional support dog after I survived the Pulse Night Club Shooting. Something has to be done, we need change. Owners should be liable for the actions of their pets and all dogs who participated in the attack should be removed. These dogs are constantly roaming the streets without a leash or collar. Please help me and sign this petition to get these dogs removed/euthanized before they kill or injure another. 

This isn’t a petition against pitbulls, my pitbull was also injured, this petition is against vicious animals and holding owners accountable.
